All sales are final. All service-related concerns may be dealt with on a case-by-case basis by Pro Active Pool Service Inc.

Pro Active Pool Service Inc reserves the right to cancel any online order (with full refund) for any reason.

Pool Openings do not include:

Vacuuming Pool (not included with “Waterbag & Lock-in” service; otherwise available at an additional cost and must be booked prior to opening)
Filling pool to operational level
Equipment repairs
Adding salt
Startup/install auto cleaners
Installation of drop-in steps
Starting pool heater pilot light

Please ensure that your power supply is turned on to the outside equipment and that your water/hose is turned on prior to our arrival
